2. Authenticity Guarantee

JD&Co. guarantees that every timepiece sold on our website is 100% authentic. All watches undergo professional inspection and verification by qualified experts before being listed for sale. Serial numbers are checked and verified to ensure authenticity.

JD&Co. is not an authorized dealer of Rolex or any brand listed on our site. The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to watches sold by JD&Co. Any warranty provided is solely offered by JD&Co. and is limited to the terms described below.

3. Warranty and Service

Each timepiece purchased from JD&Co. includes our in-house warranty that covers mechanical defects under normal use for a limited period from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, or water exposure

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized service providers

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on officialjdandco.com are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, wire transfers, and other methods displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

JD&Co. ships nationwide within the United States and internationally on request.
All orders are shipped fully insured for the purchase value.

Once an item is shipped, JD&Co. is not responsible for delivery delays, theft, or damage caused by third-party carriers. Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature and value of luxury timepieces, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Returns may be accepted only under limited circumstances (e.g., authenticity concerns) and must be approved by JD&Co. management prior to return shipment.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
